CNC machine:

Why there is a need of CNC machine?
we know the conventional machines like lathe,milling drilling etc. but they are very laborious to do work.also consumes lot of energy and time to produce product.
we cannot use these types of machines for mass production because time is very important aspect in the manufacturing field. On other hand "CNC machines are the modifications of existing ones which has computer control to do machining. Its has controllers which controls the tool movement,feed,coolant on and off, and also for machine spindle start or stop."

Types CNC machines:

To develope a product to its finishing state there are many processes are required like turning,facing,threading,grinding etc.to do so we have to go for different machines like

1.CNC Lathe
 This deals with symmentrical jobs which requires turning,facing,threading,etc.

2.CNC Milling machines

1.Horizontal milling machine.
2.vertical milling machine.

3.CNC drilling

this machines used for drilling the holes.

4.CNC boring Mchines

this machines used for enlarging the pre existing hole.

5.CNC gringing:

this machine used for finishing operations.

Above mentioned machines have following controllers for performing the given program.
